How often are the regulations updated?
The regulations are reviewed and updated whenever necessary, but there is generally a general review every 2 years. All changes are communicated to the academic community through the official website and by email.
How should I proceed if I believe a regulation has been incorrectly applied?
If you believe a regulation has been incorrectly applied, you should first discuss the matter with the teacher or staff member involved. If the problem persists, you can submit a formal written appeal to the competent Department Director, following the procedures described in the General Regulations.
Is ignorance of a regulation accepted as a justification for non-compliance?
No. All members of the academic community are responsible for knowing and complying with the Institute's regulations. Ignorance does not exempt anyone from their responsibility. Therefore, we strongly recommend careful reading of all applicable regulations.
