Frequently Asked Questions

Find answers to the most common questions about our academic services.

To request academic documents, you can do so in person at the Academic Office, filling out the specific form, or through the student portal in the "Document Request" area. The issuance deadline varies according to the type of document requested, generally 2 to 5 business days for declarations and transcripts, and up to 30 days for completion certificates.
Enrollment renewal must be done semi-annually, according to the academic calendar. The procedure involves verification of outstanding debts, payment of the renewal fee, filling out the renewal form, and selection of subjects for the period. Students with scholarships must present updated documentation to maintain the benefit.
The mandatory curricular internship has a minimum workload of 240 hours and must be carried out in the last two semesters of the course. The student can seek an internship opportunity on their own or through the Internship Department, which maintains agreements with partner companies. It is necessary to formalize the internship through a Commitment Term, receive guidance from a supervising professor, and submit periodic reports.
To be approved in a subject, the student must obtain a final average equal to or higher than 10 (on a scale of 0 to 20) and a minimum attendance of 75% in classes. The evaluation consists of theoretical tests, practical work, and, in some cases, projects or laboratory activities. Students with an average between 7 and 9 can take a recovery exam.
To participate as a monitor, the student must have been approved with an average equal to or higher than 14 in the subject of interest, have good general academic performance, and availability of 8 to 12 hours weekly. Selection takes place semi-annually through a notice published by the Course Coordination. Monitors receive a certificate of complementary activity and, in some cases, a scholarship.
