How to complete your enrollment or renewal
The enrollment process is carried out semi-annually and involves specific procedures for new students and for enrollment renewal of regular students.
For New Students:
- Register for the selection process within the established deadline
- After approval, go to the Academic Office with the necessary documentation (originals and copies)
- Fill out the enrollment form and sign the educational services provision contract
- Pay the enrollment fee at the Treasury or via bank transfer
- Receive the enrollment number and access credentials to the academic system
For Enrollment Renewal:
- Access the student portal with your credentials
- Select the "Enrollment Renewal" option and confirm your personal data
- Choose the subjects to take in the semester (according to the curriculum)
- Generate and pay the enrollment renewal fee
- Wait for confirmation of renewal (24-48h after payment)

New enrollments: January and July (1st week)<br>Renewals: December and June (last 2 weeks)

Identity document, secondary education completion certificate, proof of residence, 4 passport photos, selection process approval certificate

Enrollment fee: 3,500 MZN<br>Renewal fee: 2,000 MZN
How to request official academic documents
The Academic Office issues various official documents for students, such as transcripts, declarations, certificates, and others. These documents can be requested following the procedure below.
Step by Step:
- Fill out the document request form (available at the Office or on the portal)
- Specify the type of document needed and the purpose
- Pay the corresponding fee at the Treasury
- Present the payment receipt at the Academic Office
- Wait for the issuance deadline (varies according to the document)
- Collect the document at the Academic Office with identification

Simple declarations: 1 business day<br>Academic transcript: 3 business days<br>Certificates and diplomas: 30 business days
Costs
Declarations: 200 MZN<br>Academic transcript: 500 MZN<br>Certificate duplicate: 1,500 MZN
Notes
Students with financial or library debts may have document issuance blocked until regularization
